This 14th Century Medieval ring is in excellent condition and is still completely wearable. The sun like motif that is on the bazel of this most interesting ring has been found all of the world, with similar sun symbols dating all the way back 13 thousand years. Although the most common sun motifs that are like this appear on Ancient Greek more particularly Mysia, Gambrion Bronze coins, usually dating between 6th century B.C. to 3rd century A.D. Although this symbol has been found on a number of different Greek and Roman era coins such as Caria, Kampanoi and on Polemo of Pontus. Although despite the motif on the ring, its design/shape hints more towards early to late 14th century most likely either late Roman or early Byzantine.
